I visited this car dealer to view a potential replacement car. A very helpful young man came along to offer his advice and was able show us the ideal vehicle. It was reasonably priced and in excellent condition. Later on we agreed to buy the car and arranged to collect it in a day or two. We called back as agreed and when the documents were completed l drove the car away, the whole experience was excellent and l would recommend that it is worth a visit if you are considering a high quality used car.
Very good customer service despite a change of plan on our behalf. We had booked to see a car with Gavin and he had prepared it in advance, our circumstances changed on the day and he was very understanding on the phone to us. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area. Cheers
Travelled from Newcastle to test drive car after checking that it was as good as it looked on the net before a 300+ mile round trip. Car was as described and Gavin was very helpful answering all my questions and I agreed to buy it after test drive. Car was MOT'd, serviced and cleaned ready for collection a few days later. A good experience with none of the normal high pressure sales that you get from most car sales people.
First class would be the words I'd use describe these guys.Bought my Mercedes from here.
