Not happy - they always close the gates before 5pm and I am usually on the last minute to get my horse feed. Last time I rang up at 4.45 asking them to keep the gates open as I was stuck in traffic at the Westhoughton roundabout and the woman said no she is closing! She wouldn't even wait 5 minutes for me! Atrocious! So I now travel triple the distance to Decathlon instead. They are just a bit clueless when it comes to customer service so it makes me not want to return. My husband ordered some turf and they said they would deliver it no mention of there being a charge for delivery. They just took the payment not even mentioning that we had been charged an extra 14 when he could have picked it up himself! We just assumed that because they don't have turf in stock and they have to order it in, that they would just get it delivered to our house instead!
WHEN THEY WONT LOAD A TON BAG INTO A LARGE TRANSIT WHAT A JOKE WONT BE GETTING OUR BUSINESS ANYMORE CONSIDERING THEY ALWAYS HAVE DONE IN THE PAST
