First dentist I saw was excellent. Did a great job on checking that she spotted a cracked molar and was going to keep an eye on it but everything else was fine. Unfortunately she left.Second dentist was more obsessed with make money from patience that actual dentist work that she failed to see the cracked molar and babbled on about I crown I had that she said was failing but was perfectly OK. When the molar finally cracked, it took me ages to get to see my dentist and had a patronising receptionist tell me that " no one is going to pat you on the back for suffering through the pain" and was talking to me as if I was a child. Really! Is that how receptionists talk to people and dentist get there money now?!My advice, go someplace else. I have and my new dentist is once again excellent.

The situation this surgery has left me in is appalling.I have had a dental bridge (due to bad dentistry in my teens) that has been detached from one end for years, probably at least 7. The dentist has been waiting for it to come off completely before they can glue it back. This has loosened a back molar and destroyed the front one and this week has all become that loose that it's slopping about in my mouth. I got an emergency appointment where this was looked at and was sent home to wait for my appointment in may when my dentist returns. The receptionist said "that's ok, they'll accept that because it's just 3 months". I believe this is down to legislation meaning it's on the dentist if work needs doing in the 2 months after closing the treatment course. After 3, they can start a new course and take new NHS payment. I called out of hours as this bridge is obviously painful and I can't eat or drink properly and I am EXCLUSIVELY BREASTFEEDING a baby. They can't see me unless I have a swelling that's affecting breathing or sight. So I called the dentist again the following morning and was given an appointment but the dentist called back and cancelled saying the appointment time was not long enough and to try again the following morning (Saturday ) to get an appointment with Mr.Morris. I've absolutely no idea who this is but I called anyway. The surgary is listed online as open 9 til 3 but was closed. The answermachine was on and did not list any Saturday opening time.. only the out of hours number which can't help.Absolute Shambles!

Super friendly dentist !

I have been seeing this practice following a bad accident and they are the most helpful an informative. Their sympathetic treatment of me has and is explemporary I can't praise or thank them enough.
