Phoned in an emergency, didn't think my box dye accident could be fixed. Charlie to the rescue! Excellent service couldn't have wished for better. Can't tell you how relaxed they made me feel and assured me I didn't have anything to worry about, they were right. I came away the most confident I've felt about my hair in a very long time. ThAnkyou Charlie and Jane (and the nice girl that made me as many cups of coffee as I wanted and massaged my scalp so I nearly fell asleep!) Charlie is an amazing stylist and I'm so greatful. I'll never go anywhere else now.
