Always poliet , fast service and very helpful would highly recommend to anyone , i dont see why anyone would have any issues with this place
The staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, a totally professional team providing consistently reliable customer service. Since taking over they have never let us down - we are lucky to have them and they are much appreciated!
Shop looks like a bit of a bombsite , shelves empty, the remainder is fairly unorganised. Staff were fine, quite efficient at dealing with my 2 parcels to post. She never said how much it would cost or gave me any possible postage options. Price for postage bags is extortion so try and pack before hand
Fantastic staff, very helpful and extremely polite. Couldnt ask for a better service. And the queues have come down a lot as well. And the drop and go service is fab, no more waiting times. Brilliant 5 stars
After they have found their feet waiting times have much improved. And additional staff have helped this. Although I still believe they need to rearrange the layout and stock more shelf's , this is something that will come with time. As my last review said, the people behind the counter are polite and helpful.
