Only after one thing! took 2 months to repair a leek in the bathroom... we had no apologises throughout the process and no shower facilities so had to run a bath every single day.even when plumber came and finally did the small job the bathroom was left in a right mess.Would never used this company again - communication is shocking, on average it takes them 4/5 days to reply to a single email - however when we where 1st looking to rent they where totally on the ball!!!***edit*** After this review was left surprise surprise within 12 hours guess what? I finally had a response to an email i sent 5 days ago.
This estate agent knocked on my door when my property was up for sale with another estate agent.Practically begging me to change to them.Giving me all sorts of promises.Told me they would match like for like the fees I was currently being charged with the other agent.So I agreed, on a visit from a staff member I was told she couldn't now match the price, so I said fine just leave it then.But then magically she could again match it. The service we received during the time our property was marketed was very poor. Only an odd phone call here and there.Viewers gave us feed back to say the photos did not show our property to its full potential, and I passed this on and had to get some photos re-taken.We have since removed the property from sale and they are charging us a marketing fee to remove it.I challenged this with them as they were doing a 'like for like' and the old estate agent didn't charge this.The reply I got was that this was to cover video tours/floor plans etc.This was something we never had done or was even offered.So be aware people they will knock on your door, give you promises they can't keep and then have the cheek to try and charge you for a service they don't provide!!

Debbie was absolutely fantastic. Our solicitors were dragging their feet and didn't tell us much but, Debbie kept on chasing them on both sides and kept in touch with us, letting us know what was happening. Again, absolutely fantastic.
