Great store, fresh produce! All the basics from British producers.
My visit to Lidl westhoughton this morning, unfortunately there was an abusive customer, in which a young guy cashier handled the situation extremely well, backed up by a second cashier. He stood be banned from the store. His language and aggressive manor should not have to be tolerated by anyone. Well done to the young guy great customer service. I will be back to shop in this store. 10/10.
Good fresh food at good prices. Don't like people begging by trolley park though. Feel intimidated, especially in evenings when dark. Will put me off shopping on my own.
A wide choice of products and the staff are helpful and friendly.
Entered store at 14:45 shopped then went to the till at 15:00.There were about 10 customers waiting, there was one till open I asked a young man who who had just closed a till was there anyone opening another till as by now there was a few more people there.He replied "you will have to exercise your patience" I shall "exercise my patience" in Sainsbury's in future.
