They are fantastic here staff are lovely. Great price too this place is the only taxi service I use now.Drove us from Westhoughton to Sheffield and back same day for a decent price and was a great and comfy drive the driver was really nice and friendly I highly recommend using timewise
Terrible. I have recently started to use Timewise but they are extremely unreliable and use poor excuses for lateness every time. Rang at 10.10pm and was informed they were busy and it would be 10.40pm. This was fine but 3 calls later and it artived at 11.35pm! This is not the first time this has happened!

Best taxi company in the town. If they're ever pushed they'll be upfront and give you notice when you book.By far the most reliable service you'll get.
I have used Timewise regularly (at least 3 times a month) over the last 5+ years. I have always found them to turn up on time, be helpful, made me feel safe (lone female) and charge a consistent reasonable fare.Over the last month or so everything seems to have changed. Turned up 45 mins late for an airport run in mid Jan 18 (booked in advance) and unreliable info regarding likely wait when I called to chase twice. Tonight the fare was 20% higher than normal and surprise surprise he doesnt have any change either! I felt vulnerable and felt as though they were charging what they thought they could get away with. Trust is something earned over time and can be lost very quickly. I have given you the benefit of doubt for the last month as I know you had changed ownership. However things are not getting any better. Sorry but I dont trust Timewise anymore.It is not acceptable to treat loyal clients that way and to charge what you like. You do not deserve to retain the old client base and you wont. Time for a change for me. Get your act together Timewise. Really disappointed.
