Appointment system is shocking. There are never any to book when doing it online. And when you do get one they like to cancel them on you at the last minute without a replacement.
Absolute joke trying to get through . I rang at 7.50 to get through earlier it rang through kept me ringing for 15minutes 8.06 they pick up and put it down now its engaged and it probs will untill after 9 thats me left wiv struggleing to get an appointmet so RUDE! Also them reception staff are so rude and miserable change your staff !
175 attempted calls by 08.40am, still can't get through. Guaranteed once I DO get through, all appointments will be gone. It's like a constant battle trying to see a Doctor, which is why I usually go to the Walk In Centre now. Absolutely useless.Now 210 calls later, still can't get through.
Certain doctors are great when you can get an appointment you have to ring at 8:00 am if you don't get through right away you have no chance off seeing a doctor that dsy your told to go to leigh walk in
