Trying to get an appointment is like pulling teeth! Unhelpful receptionist who think they are qualified to tell you if your are ill or not!
Sent my one year old son home 3 in one week times saying he had chest infection result was a two week stay in Manchester childrens hospital and two operations because a collapsed lung. Really really really dont care
I think they do the best they can with the resources they have. Reception staff seem to have improved recently, this is a welcome change. They will always try to see a child who is ill but they are overwhelmed with an older population who seem to use a lot of the appointments so they are hard to book.
Well love this doctors the staff on front desk well sound helpful nice LOVE IT very good when i was sick even got offered a drink THEY SAY A OPEN ROAD HELPS YOU THINK ABOUT WERE YOUR GOING WERE YOUVE BEEN 5***** guys keep up the good work CANT PLEASE EVERYONE!!!!!!
SHOCKING to say the least. In-house pharmacist Javid Iqbal very ignorant, likes to create MORE unnecessary problems which end up costing the patient. VERY ARROGANT IGNORANT UNHELPFUL.. NEEDS SACKING On the other side i have to say, that the receiption staff have been nothing but nice & willing to try their best to help!!! Complete turn around on attitudes to how it was before. Keep up the good work on that side please it's very much appreciated
